I have been the happy owner of a few homes.  Like most people, I started small.  I learned that buying a home for the first time can be both thrilling and frightening. Later, I owned a nostalgic vintage property close to family and my activities.  Throughout the last decade, Phil and I have also invested on properties of different sorts and we currently live in a family home, full of light that we call a keeper.  Having spent over 20 years in the hospitality industry, becoming a Realtor in 2003 felt like a natural step for me. Combining my passion to assist you reach your goal with the conviction that it may be the most important of your investments is a wonderful way of making a living, ultimately aimed to my clients' happiness and prosperity.  Buying and selling property are personal matters.  As our lives and circumstances evolve, so do our needs and wants.  I have helped my clients buy and sell single family homes, from turn or the century to new, from downtown condos to suburban duplexes, regular lots, acreage and even light commercial properties.  Regardless of the occasion, I strive to make it a comfortable and fun journey. 'Christine' presented me with every challenge I could ask for in a flip house, but now when I watch "Property Ladder" on TLC I can say "I did that"  and I didn't lose my shirt on the flip like so many on that show do.
